Siloxane Based Water Repellent

Sealclear™ is a siloxane based impregnating agent that provides ideal waterproofing protection for both new and existing concrete and masonry. Sealclear™ is a water borne product. The water barrier is created by the thorough impregnation of the open pores of the substrate, thereby acting as a water repellent, but at the same time allowing passage of water vapour.
