Sealoflex WB (water based) & Sealoflex CT (cold temperature) Systems

Cold Applied Roof WaterproofingSealoflex is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of cold, liquid-applied waterproofing systems, and has over 30 years of world wide proven performance in the most demanding conditions.  Sealoflex systems require no heat and create tough, seamless membranes that provide complete waterproofing solutions for most flat roofing problems.

The systems exhibit excellent adhesion due to their ability to penetrate fibrous substrates and surface irregularities forming a fully bonded & re-enforced monolithic covering on the roof. Sealoflex can be applied on virtually any building surface and avoids the problems associated with hot works, such as high fire risk and ever increasing insurance premiums. When properly maintained, Sealoflex Waterproofing Systems will last indefinitely.

Both systems are simple to apply:

•    A base coat of Pink
•    A layer of polyester re-enforcing fabric
•    A saturation coat of Pink – applied directly onto the fabric “wet on wet”
•    A UV resistant Top coat

Cold Application of SealoflexSealoflex WB is the most environmentally friendly flat roofing system available today. It is odourless, has no plasticers, solvents or chemicals. It can be safely applied, even in unvented areas, without protective equipment. In occupied buildings, and particularly those with air conditioning intakes, this means that there is no need for evacuation whilst repairs are being undertaken. For schools, apartments or hotels through to factories and offices this lack of interruption can save costs, maintain productivity, minimize disruption and make project scheduling far easier.
Sealoflex CT has been formulated especially for colder and wetter climates. It is based on a combination of advanced liquid polymers using a benign solvent and polyester fabric reinforcing to create a flexible, tough, seamless envelope.  Sealoflex CT can be laid in temperatures as low as 0° C and cures within a few hours making it an ideal all year round system. It remains flexible throughout it’s lifetime, and does not crack, no matter how the underlying substrate moves.

Both systems can be applied by brush, roller or airless spray giving excellent results on plywood, brickwork, timber, metal, asbestos, asphalt or existing felt roofs. A range of primers means that Sealoflex can often be used without the need to strip off old coverings thus ensuring significant savings on roof refurbishment.  Sealoflex systems are both versatile and simple to apply providing the ideal solution for all roof repair work as well new build applications.
