The
Sealoflex Waterproofing system consists of a combination of
a highly flexible emulsion saturant, a non-woven polyester
fabric and a UV resistant flexible top coat available in the
numerous colours to suit most roofs. The system forms a fully
adhered, tough, flexible waterproofing membrane which has
a highly successful 18 year record in North America, Australia,
South East Asia, Europe and Africa. |
Sealoflex
C.T. is a solvent borne, single component coating. it is a
tough flexible material which displays good UV and ponding
water resistance. Sealoflex C.T. is used in conjunction with
Sealoflex polyester reinforcing fabric to form a fully adhered,
monolithic, single ply membrane for roofs and walls.

Wearcoat
is a flat, waterbased emulsion floor, wall and maintenance
coating displaying good abrasion resistance and excellent
adhesion characteristics. Wearcoat is available ina a smooth
, or non-skid version containing aggregate. Wearcoat Clear
is a glossy, transparent, durable coating also displaying
good abrasion resistance and excellent adhesion characteristics. |
Sealoflex
Buttergrade is a trowellable waterborne paste with good adhesion
charecteristics. It dries to form a flexible and waterproof
filler which may be sandpapered to produce a smooth surface
for fine work. |

GRR
Flood Coat is a high solids, water based, rubber-reinforced
filler for levelling the surface of gravel roofs prior to
installation of the Sealoflex flexible waterproofing system.
when properly applied, GRR Flood Coat provides a smoothe gravel
free surface suitable for conversion into a high quality seamless
membrane roof offering exceptional durability and improved
appearance. |
