Sealoflex CT Top™ is a solvent borne, single component coating. It is a tough flexible material which displays good UV and ponding water resistance. Sealoflex CT Top™ is used in conjunction with Sealoflex polyester reinforcing fabric to form a fully adhered, monolithc, single ply membrane for roofs and walls.
Sealoflex Finish Coat™ is a waterborne, single component roof coating. It is a tough flexible material, which displays good UV and Ozone resistance. Sealoflex Finish Coat™ is generally used in conjunction with Sealoflex Pink and polyester reinforcing fabric to form a fully adhered single ply roofing membrane. Sealoflex Finish Coat™ is also used extensively as a protective coating to existing and new roofing materials such as single plys, modified asphalt membranes, and metal roofs.
Wearcoat™ is a flat water based emulsion floor, wall and maintenance coating displaying good abrasion resistance and excellent adhesion characteristics. Wearcoat™ is available in a smooth, or non-skid version containing aggregate. Wearcoat™ Clear is a glossy, transparent, durable coating also displaying good abrasion resistance and excellent adhesion characteristics.
