A Highly elastic, water resistant roof & below grade wall system

 Sealoflex CT (Cold Temperature) has been formulated especially for colder and wetter climates. It is based on a combination of advanced liquid polymers using a benign solvent and polyester   fabric reinforcing to create a flexible, tough, seamless envelope. 

Sealoflex CT can be laid in temperatures as low as 0° C and cures within a few hours making it an ideal all year round system. It remains flexible throughout it’s lifetime, and does not crack, no matter how the underlying substrate moves.
