Sealoflex® Liquid Waterproofing – a world leader in cold applied liquid waterproofing systems
|
A new waterproofing technology with a proven track record |
Traditional methods of waterproofing often require temperatures in excess of 500°C to 800°C using torch on felts, burners and bitumen boilers, hot air or hot gas guns with all the associated fire risks. Alternatively, highly toxic chemicals such as those used in the resins in fibreglass applications have a detrimental effect on the enviroment and those working with them. Cold applied for safety and convenienceAll Sealoflex waterproofing systems are cold applied and use either a waterbased or benign solvent. This not only avoids the problems associated with hot works but also provides an enviromentally friendly system and a safe working enviroment for the roofing contractor. Our range of liquid waterproofing products are flexible, re-enforced and multi-layered creating a seamless envelope which repels all moisture, resists environmental challenges and, with proper maintenance, will last indefinitely. Full product training is offered and extendable warranties are available when the system is applied by an approved flat roofing contractor. |
The Sealoflex cold-applied liquid waterproofing system is the dependable solution for all new-build or repair projects. These versatile waterproofing systems can be used for a number of waterproofing applications including: flat roof repair and recovery, gutters, walls, decks, below ground applications, green roofs and cool roofs.
